Blue rare looks sooo naaasty! I always for medium well. Duey never knows what it is that he likes so whenever we’re ordering burgers or steak from a sit-down restaurant he looks at me when the server asks what his preference. haha

Medium rare for me!! Anything close to well done is automatically sent back to the kitchen. I don’t care. If I ask for it medium rare, I better get it that way. I’m not paying for a $25+ steak to sit there and spend 5 minutes gnashing away at dry, over-cooked meat.
